Bill Payment Information
The Board hopes the community is safe during this recovery time after Hurricane Beryl. At this time, the Board has approved to waive the late fees for the month of July, 2024. They have also approved to postpone the July cut off list until August 1st. If you have a past due amount, please make your payment as soon as possible, prior to August 1, 2024 to avoid disruption of service and additional fees. If you need to make additional payment arrangements, please email customerservice@hcwcid36.com or call the office at 713-453-5493.
When the Pay by Phone or Online Payment system is down, please utilize other payment options (Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check).
